I am having problems with pixellation on recordings made on the las two days. I have restarted my Tivo V6 box and still have a problem with ALL recordings. What do I need to do?

Have you been able to check for related known issues on our service status page: virg.in/service? If you sign in from there you can also run tests on your kit which may provide a resolution.
