Pixellation issues

Had issues with virgin TV for a while. Iv had intermittent pixelation for a while.i have checked all the cables, reset the TV and Internet boxes replaced hdmi and even changed the hdmi socket still having these issues. Every time I run the online test and jump through all the hoops I get to an end point of options of fix (see pic) and nothing happens when I click the button. Getting frustrated with the TV services latley. Not a fan of ringing up to explain the issues to 4 different people only to tell me there is nothing wrong and to ring back if I'm having the same issue like the last time I rang up. Any help on here would be grate.

Pixellated pictures on live TV are often the sign of a signal fault. If you've rebooted your box once, then there's likely a fault somewhere, so this will need VM to intervene. You're likely to need either an engineer visit, depending on what VM's remote diagnostics turn up.

First check the automated faults line for any existing issues in your area that could be the cause: 0800 5610061. If nothing's reported, assume VM don't know about your fault and ideally you'll need to call them.

150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Alternatively you can wait on here for staff to respond, which may take a day or so.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the pixelated channels.

Have you been able to get this looked into yet or has the issue stopped?

If not, I'd like to take a look into this for you.
