If it's evey channel then it's either a signal issue or a faulty box, does it happen when streaming. You need to do a reset of the box and if it continues call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault or wait here for one of the forum team team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

Thanks for the reply.

What's the best way to reset the box?

I'll also add my standard reply to any pixellation queries...

Pixellated pictures on live TV are often the sign of a signal fault. If you've rebooted your box once, then there's likely a fault somewhere, so this will need VM to intervene. You're likely to need either an engineer visit or a replacement box, depending on what VM's remote diagnostics turn up.

First check the automated faults line for any existing issues in your area that could be the cause: 0800 5610061. If nothing's reported, assume VM don't know about your fault and ideally you'll need to call them.

150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Alternatively you can wait on here for staff to respond, which may take a day or so.

Great advice, thanks.

Tuning in

I was getting that for about a year. Resetting, engineers couldn’t fix it. Virgin said I could cancel my contract because no fix. When I went to cancel they offered me new hub(wifi would also stop working for days) and boxes. Engineer came to set it all up, even given new slim rectangle remotes. Used same wiring though. Updated the actual system(guide, settings etc looks completely different now) and haven’t had the pixelation since. Maybe your system needs that sort of update?

You've converted your V6 into a TV360, which would have nothing to do with a signal fault whatsoever.

Your issues being resolved will be completely coincidental, and I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone converts to TV360 without being fully aware of the substantial differences.

I have no idea what system it was converted too. I’m also not suggesting the OP update the system themselves but mention it to virgin if all else fails like mine did.

Yes could be a coincidence but after a year of engineers working on signals without fixing it, virgin saying I could leave my contract without penalty charge as they couldn’t provide what Im paying for(clearly they had even given up) I’ll take it 🙂
