If you've rebooted your box and the problem is continuing, then you have a fault either with your box or the cabling to the streetcab.

Either way it will need Virgin to physically investigate your equipment which can be arranged by reporting your problem to C/S

Re: Pixelation

If you have a Virgin landline, call 150

If you don't, call 0345 4541111 (standard landline rates)

Follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service" - there have been many reports recently, of long wait times which is far less than ideal - but the alternative is to put up with your faulty service for as long as it takes the forum team to respond - which could well be several more days.

Re: Pixelation

Hi Danielle86,

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

Really sorry you're having an issue with the TV service, this ins't what we like to hear.

Have you been able to speak to the team as advised?

If not then can you advise which box this is happening on?

Do you have more than one box, if so then does it happen on all of them?

Can you check all the connections are tight and secure at the back?

Let us know how you're getting on.

Re: Pixelation

Hi Emma,

No i havent been able to speak to anyone yet.

I have the V6 box and i only have one in my living room.

I have checked all my connections and turned the box off at the back of the box.

It is only certain channels this does this on not all it started a day or two ago.

Re: Pixelation

Hi as advised you need to phone, as it's almost certain you have a signal level issue which requires an engineer to come to you and a just the levels, which can be confirmed during your call.Regards Micky
