Without knowing specifics, I'm speculating a little here...

It could be the replacement box has a fault (unfortunate) or perhaps there's another fault elsewhere (external cabling)?

IMHO Pixelation normally requires an engineer visit, not a new box.

I have the same problem it started 2 weeks ago checked all the leads started up the box 3 times they sent me a new V6 box yesterday still having the same problems sometimes it's not too bad other days some channels unwatchable I now just change source on my TV and watch my Freeview TV as my Ariel is perfect so is the picture quality I will probably get an engineer out after the coronavirus comes to a end fingers crossed

So you're willing to keep paying your VM subscription until well into next year, without actually having use of the services?
