Pixelation and freezing on recordings

The playback on recordings and paused tv is mostly pixelated and it freezes. I am a new customer and only had the box since 4 th April. This looks like a hard drive issue but due to current worldwide circumstances I am unable to ring customer services

Hi,

I’ve noticed the last couple of day that any recordings or playing paused or rewind Ed TV is pixelated and juddery and impossible to watch. We changed to a TiVo 6 box at the beginning of June.
