Thanks for your post, and I'm sorry to see that you've been having pixelation on your TV services recently.
Is this issue still ongoing or has this since been resolved?
If this is ongoing, I'd be keen to know how long this issue has been going on? Is this effecting Live TV and recordings? Have you attempted to use an alternative HDMI cable or used an alternative port on the back of your TV?
Have you also seen this issue on a different source? Do you have this pixelation on DVDs and on Freeview?
