Pixelation Issues

Still having Pixelation after 5 months even though I have a new V6 box installed by a Technician and upgraded to a Hub 3! The readings in the road were 16 and he adjusted to.However the Pixelation occurs at twice an hour every evening on all channels except Netflix and when my son uses his Switch.I’ve had spoken to Customer Services several times but this remains an issue.Any advice please!

Thanks for posting, sorry to hear that you're still having ongoing issues with pixalation on your TV services.

 

We have checked this out for you and we can confirm there has been a fault in your area since the 20/02/20 that has caused pixalation and freezing on customers equipment.

 

We hope to have this issues resolved today at 12 noon. The ticket number for his fault is F007810015.
