Pixelated recordings

Hiya, recently recording quality has been poor, pixelation, stuttering and sounds that are choppy.


Only on recordings though, live TV is fine I think it's probably the HDD? How can I order a replacement please?

If live TV is fine, but any recorded or paused TV is problematic, your V6's HDD likely has a fault.

You can report any service fault by one of two methods..

1: Call 150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone and choose the "I have a fault" options.

2: Wait on this forum a few days and VM staff should respond.
