Having reported an issue to virgin an engineer came to look at my TV. There was nothing he could do to solve it saying it was a signal fault in the green box on the street. He reported it and then this afternoon I got a text to say it was fixed. It is not and is worse. I replied to the text and have been told to ring 150. This is what I did in the first place. Why am I going round in circles?

What's the problem you're having with your picture - you've not actually said? I would guess you're getting picture breakup and/or pixellation - which is usually a signal fault.

You can check for known area faults using 0800 5610061 - if nothing's reported, this is likely to be only affecting you.
