Hi anyone know how I can log a fault with Virgin media, no joy via 150 and cannot find anyway of logging a call on line.... thanks
Virgin fault reporting is via 150 - or 0345 4541111 from a non-VM phone.
Can you elaborate on "no joy via 150"? What were you advised by a faults agent?

Hi ref no joy from 150, i am just kept waiting on the call, IVR loops round I cannot get hold of anyone to speak too. Hence no joy on calling VM on 150
Now getting engaged dial tone. If I can log a fault on line and arrange an engineer on line thats all i need
