Hi hopefully someone can help, I keep getting bad picture pixellation on almost all channels, especially when something travels sideways. I have had an engineer out before and said they can't find anything but been going on for ages. I even got a new hdmi cable and moved slots on the TV.
I'm assuming, but you've not said, that this is mainly on live TV? If so, it's often the sign of a signal fault. If you've rebooted your box once, then there's likely a fault somewhere, so that's best reported to VM.
First check the automated faults line for any existing issues in your area that could be the cause: 0800 5610061. If nothing's reported, assume VM don't know about your fault and you'll ideally need to call them, or wait (maybe a day or so) on here for a response.
