Pausing live tv

A couple of times recently, my tv has frozen after I have restarted it following  live TV being paused.

I then have to go back to watching in real time. Any ideas please?

Re: Pausing live tv

Do you have any problems with recordings?

If you do, it could be the first sign of the hard drive failing.

Re: Pausing live tv

If this happens again, first check that live TV is ok - that proves your incoming signal as ok

Both delayed/paused TV, and recorded programmes use your hard drive - so if you get problems on one, you're likely to have issues on both.
