I recently downgraded my package and have noticed in the last few days I have a 4700 error on my second box. I know this is an activation issue but I have had the box for years. I've recently requested the upgrade to tv360 if this could be connected. Despite a two hour call to the helpdesk this morning the issue remains. I asked them to check the second box hasn't been removed by mistake but wasn't convinced that they understood what I wanted.
I've tried a full system restore and reeboted several times with no joy.
Other than another long wait in a phone queue, any suggestions?
