Package change and now a 4700 error on second box

I recently downgraded my package and have noticed in the last few days I have a 4700 error on my second box. I know this is an activation issue but I have had the box for years. I've recently requested the upgrade to tv360 if this could be connected. Despite a two hour call to the helpdesk this morning the issue remains. I asked them to check the second box hasn't been removed by mistake but wasn't convinced that they understood what I wanted.

I've tried a full system restore and reeboted several times with no joy.

Other than another long wait in a phone queue, any suggestions?

Hi you could try phoning the activation number 0800 9539500 have your account number area code and serial number of the box to hand as this is an automated number. Regards Micky
