The outage message says that BBC1, BBC2, ITV and C4 are available.
What it doesn't say is that you have to watch the standard definition channels and not the HD stuff. Lots of people online not aware of this so think there is nothing working still.
Would be useful if the web team put up the right information or even added the channel numbers so it was clear.
