Our recordings showing on neighbours virgin box

This morning our neighbour, who is also with Virgin, told us that all the programmes we record on our V6 box are also coming up on her V6 box. She was concerned that if she deleted them they would also be deleted from our box. This is obviously very unsatisfactory. How can we prevent this from  happening?

Assuming that is correct.... it could only be by their V6 box being connected by wifi to your Hub. I would go into the Hub settings and change the password and save the settings change, for your wireless networks All your devices will of course have to be reconnected with your new password.

Is it possible that they are just suggestions that the box is recording, which she has assumed are your recordings?

It is very unlikely this is the case.

What is more likely is her box has recorded some suggestions she didn't expect and thinks they must be on your box.

I think your neighbour has made an assumption, even if you network two v6s from different accounts together they cannot cross communicate, I've tried this
