Hi i have orange light on my v6 box only thing that comes on screen is starting up then it will go off.
It went off saturday morning phoned up. Was on hold for over an hour to be told that an engineer would call today at 5 but they did not bother to call!!
So tried calling again on hold for 27 mins then line is dead.
Go on to my account and nothing states anything about an engineer
So its now been 3 days with no t. V
Internet works perfect as normal
Any help would be great
An amber light on a V6 usually means you don't have full connectivity - either internet or live TV feed is missing.
If your box is stuck in a boot loop and won't startup, there's a fault.
I greatly sympathise with your C/S experience thus far, but persisting with it is the best way to proceed here.
