I guess my V6 box is faulty because I can't turn it on. I can see only an orange light on the box. I've tried to turn off and on the box and I removed the power cable and plugged in again and nothings changed. The internet connection is absolutely fine.
Can anyone tell me what can be the problem and how can I solve it?
Not sure if this works for the V6 but try turning the power on at the back whilst holding down the power button on the front for about 30 seconds. If it does work it should reset your box but you'll lose all your recordings.
Hi I’ve got this problem and have to constantly turn my box off at the wall and wait 15 minutes for it to come back on. It also doesn’t record any of my recording whilst on stand by with a blinking orange light. I spoke to someone at virgin who told me to turn the settings to always on. This isn’t good enough. Any more bright ideas from someone.
