Had a mare with the V6 box the last 2/3 days. Seems to be stuck on the welcome page, goes blank and then goes back to the welcome page again. Unable to do anything at this point. Tried resetting but no luck. Cannot call VM as their call centres are closed due to COVID. The box is only a year old and I am at a loss of how I am supposed to get this sorted when I can’t speak to anyone. I have done the “technical checks” via app and on the automated phone call but tells me everything is fine and no faults.
