Ongoing issue with YouTube app on tivo V6 box YouTube app

I keep having a issue with youtube app on my virgin TiVo V6 box that's been happening for a month or two, the issue is when I first start playing a video the video will stutter the sound will cut off an on then the video will stop after 7-10 mins an go black screen or just go to loading screen then be fine the sound will be fine an the video will be fine so you have to watch the video while it's stuttering freezing an the sounds not working an wait for it to sort itself out this isn't right it's only been this way recently...

Unfortunately I was unable to locate your account using your forum details, have you been able to check for related known issues on our service status page: virg.in/service? If you sign in from there you can also run tests on your equipment which may offer a solution.

There's no issues stating a problem with YouTube app this needs looking into as the apps unusable as it freezes sound cuts out an really laggy an eventually the video stops playing an gets stuck on a loading screen,I've reset my internet an all equipment an tried everything on my end it's a problem either with virgin or the YouTube app itself

How is your broadband service, are the speeds etc as they should be, Also do other streaming / video services struggle like this?

Broadband is fine an no Netflix doesn't have any issues I only use Netflix an YouTube an it's YouTube the problems are on

Sound on videos still cuts off every few seconds goes on an goes off anpicture still freezes an lags
