Can anybody help or know why when I go  on demand sky cinema certain films say upgrade to watch I'm on full house package

Full House package doesn't include Sky Cinema - this is a premium add-on.

The only means by which Sky Cinema is "inclusive" is if you're on one of the Ultimate Oomph/Ultimate Volt type bundles which are essentially Full-House plus premium add-ons. Even in this case, Sky Cinema is itemised on your contract & bills.

If you check your contract/bills, is Sky Cinema shown? It's around the ~£20/month mark as an add-on if not.

OK, do you have any specific examples of films that are giving this error?

At a guess I'll suspect you may be trying to view films in UHD format which is a different (chargeable) add-on, in which case an HD equivalent is often - but not always - available.

Yeah it is the uhd film

I found it by searching instead of going on demand
