I am a new customer and on demand and catch up says app temp unavailable try again in a few minutes code A01 but this has shown temp unavailable since installation over 48 hours ago

The first place to check is TV Error code help - if you have a V6, how is it connected to your homehub for onward connection to the internet?
Ethernet is the best method if possible, but WiFi should work. How is yours connected?
If you follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, the top-right of your screen reports the connection status. What is shown?
