On demand playing up V6

When trying to watch certain shows using on demand service the playback freezes around 30secs into the show - basically just as the virgin TV logo shows up at the beginning. Fast forwarding does work. I’ve tried going to settings and reconnecting to the network. No network errors or issues are showing and WiFi is working fine. Please help!

Is the V6 connected on wifi? If so can you plug it into the Hub by ethernet cable to see if the issue disappears. Just as a test - just trail some cable over the floor for an hour or two while you test it.

Also if you go Home>Help>Settings>Network what does it report about the quality of the wifi connection?
