On demand not working

My virgin tv v6 box upstairs is not working for on demand but downstairs i have no problem with it i have reset the box tried it on wifi and ethernet restarted the box and still havinv the same issue

OnDemand uses the internet which comes via your Home-hub. Do you get any error messages when you try to use OnDemand?

Please follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, and check the top-right where your connection status & WiFi strength is reported.

thanks for getting back to me everything is working as it should apart from the on demand never had a problem with it untill 2 weeks ago and signed up with virgin last december and its only the box upstairs i dont have an issue with the one downstairs

Hi i have fixed the issues i have changed the hdmi cable to a hish speed hdmi and now works perfectly
