On demand not working

Hi,

No on demand programmes work on my V6. The box will still play recordings and Netflix just fine, but no programmes which are bookmarked will play if not recorded. Internet working fine in the house. Tried reset a couple of times.

Any ideas?

What TV do you have? 4k or HD? Do you get any error messages?

4k TV, first couple of seconds play then it gives error 603
