On demand not working v6 box

Hi can anyone help my on demand is not working on my living room v6 box but working on the 2 other boxes i have

How is the non-working one connecting to the Hub - wifi or ethernet cable?

Check in its "Settings->Network what it reports bout that connection. Try switching it off and unplugging it from the mains for 5' then back on - and see if the connection remakes ok.

Really sorry that you're having some issues wit On Demand on your V6 box, this isn't good.

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than normal.
