On demand not working? Try this


We've seen a few of you recently posting about problems accessing apps or on demand content. It could be failing to load, or just showing a blank screen when you try to play content. We have some steps to try in the first instance:

  1. Ensure you're using the right HDMI port & cabling, or remove any 4K audio/visual kit in the chain that doesn't support HDCP 2.2. You can find more information on our help page, Watching 4K Ultra HD content
  2. If you're still experiencing issues, you'll need to set your V6 box to 1080p which will force an older HDCP standard, which works with all configurations. You won't be able to enjoy 4K Ultra HD with this setting, but it will allow the content to play
