We have been with Virgin 6 weeks.
We signed up with the LG 4K Smart TV offer. The LG TV arrived a week ago.
On LG 4K TV On Demand leads to a blank screen which you can't navigate away from. V6 box has to be turned off and on again (just at the remote) to get it working again.
No error message appears.
On Demand worked with previous LG (non smart) TV, and still works on second V6 box (currently connected to the old TV).
All other setting on TV continue to work while it is frozen.
TV and V6 Box connected via ethernet. Both have been turned off and on again at the wall.
Have you tried swapping the boxes over to check if it's a box fault?
So I'm guessing that your original TV was HD only and worked fine with the V6?
The only change you have made is the new UHD tv.First check you are using the HDMI cable that came with the V6 box (should have a label on it 'fast').
Then make sure your TV firmware is up-to-date - there will be a menu option on the TV to do that.
Finally, go to the V6 settings menu and change the Video output settings to be 2160p, 2160p (24, 25 &30 fps) passthrough, 1080p and 1080p passthrough.Reboot the V6 after that.
