For the past couple of weeks I've been unable to use on-demand, either the box sets, or film rentals.

There is no information on this issue, none of the automated tests show any problems.  I can see others have this issue on this forum, but no solutions have been suggested.

As others have said, a hard reset of the TIVO stops it for a while ( <24hrs).

Has anyone had any luck resolving this permanantly?

Update:  I have raised a ticket via dialing 150.  Im told it will take 3-5 days to fix.
