Regularly get this message while trying to watch sky cinema on demand.A reboot usually "fixes" it but sometimes needs 2 or 3 reboots.Using a soundbar but have tried going direct to the TV from the V6 box but still get the same problem.Tv is ok only 2 months old and is hdcp 2.2 previous TV was LG oled also hdcp 2.2 and used to get the same issue.Usec the online tool but get told to call CS .Can anything be checked here as calling CS is just a nightmare usually a long wait and never the problem resolved or get cut off.
Does the Samsung TV have a port marked MHL? If so please can you try connecting the HDMI cable to that port then rebooting the V6 to ensure it performs the necessary handshakes to acknowledge the change.
The MHL port supports HDCP technology for viewing protected digital content. A lot of V6 users get blank screens due to the transmitted program(s) being protected digital content. It's also better at converting the signal to UHD than one of the older standard HDMI ports
Done those steps numerous times,still get error 603 ,I have the latest firmware for the TV which is number 1506, checked on Samsung website and all hdmi ports are hdcp 2.2 compliant but there isn't a specific mhl port.
