On demand and catch up

Hello, any one having problems with on demand and catch up? Works during daytime but doesn’t work in an evening. No error code, just refuses to load !

Except for one very specific set of circumstances, there should always be an error code.

Can you explain a little more what you mean by, "refuses to load"? - what happens when you try to use OnDemand? The more specific you can be, the more we can help.

And just as importantly - which TV box are you using? If you're not sure, check here

We are using  V6 box. We go into on demand, use search, find what we want to watch, that’s when the problem starts, press okay button, screen goes blank and then returns us to search. Have spoken to virgin this morning and they said phone back tomorrow if it’s still not working tonight. It works during the day, but stops working in the evening . Strangely after speaking to virgin today, we realised our pin code had been reset back to the default 4 digits!!

Is this replicable and consistent?

Are you watching on a 4K UHD TV and/or Samsung, by any chance?

Yes replicable, no to a Samsung tv

Ok - that's a start.

To rule 'net congestion issues out, next time you have problems - can you try...
