On demand & Netflix/Prime not working.

My on demand and Netflix/Prime channels don’t seem to be working.

I have logged out and restarted several times and even reset my Hub but still not working.

Error N17 and V274 is coming up went selecting on demand.

Hi how is your V6 connected to the hub, as this points to the loss of internet to the V6, as that is what provides the services you mention. Regards Micky

Hi in which case that should be ideal, go to the home button scroll to help & settings, settings, then network, ok, then view network status, it should show ethernet connected. Regards Micky

Checked that Mickey saying I am connected.

 

should I do another restart and see if it work As it’s still not connecting when I go to the channel 🙈👍🏼

Don't reboot it yet.

What else does it say on that status screen under 'Auto Config...'

Then go back one step and select View Network Diagnostics - post here

Can you take the Ethernet out and connect the box using WPS and then run the test again. It could be an area fault otherwise

Hi Spencer, after doing a restart and trying again I managed to connect via WiFi.

is there an issue in my area with connecting via Ethernet?
