I have a newly installed V6 box with a hard Ethernet cable connection coming from a virgin WiFi extender booster unit plugged into the mains. When watching on demand TV after every 20 mins or so it stops saying the system on temporarily unavailable and to try again later. When I go to help & settings and run network diagnostics it fails on the port configuration test.
I have gone into my hub3 settings and forward ported the ports the port configuration test indicated I should open on my hub3 router, but the port configuration fail continues to be reported.
Any help would be appreciated.
