On Demand

Having issues with on demand and catch-up. The movie/tv show plays for about a minute then buffers for 10-20 seconds and then repeat. I've checked internet setting, replaced cables and reset the V6 box twice. 

All other internet based app like Netflix, Prime video iplayer all work normally.

Is your V6 connected to your homehub by ethernet or by WiFi? Ethernet is recommended for the most stable connection.

If it's WiFi, then if you go into Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network after a VOD program has dropped, does the box report still connected and what's the signal strength?
