On Demand services

I’m really hoping someone can help, been having this problem since November.  Having weekly phone calls with Virgin support and endlessly reappearing same test and still not working.  When I select On Demand Movies and can see the menu of movie options but when I select a movie it just will not play and get no error message.  This is both for Sky and Virgin movies.  Help please

Does this also affect non-movie programmes? The OnDemand platform is exactly the same, regardless of channel or programme (BBC-excepted)

Which TV box are you using? Check here if you're not sure.

No, it doesn’t effect any other channels and we have a V6 box

Disregard the lack of an error message, and follow the advice in https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/604 to start with.

I have both rebooted the box and also on by previous call to Virgin they address the 4k issue...and still not working 😩

I have no idea.  Phones Virgin again today and have to wait 48 hours to see if it is fixed and if not phone again...the joys

A change to your video output settings is part of the advice on the 2 error code guides that were previously posted.... 😉

Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Video output

Make sure 1080 is selected as a bare minimum and see if this helps your OnDemand issues.
