I have a V6 box and I cannot play films included in my package accessed via on-demand. An error message suggested I change the HDMI port, that didn't work and also changed the HDMI cable, that didn't work. On demand working fine on a TIVO box in another room and internet is working OK. Bought a film from the Virgin Movie store a couple of weeks ago, that's arrived on the bill but was never able to play it. Paid again on Amazon Prime and guess where I now get my films from.
The V6 connects into the Samsung One Connect Box which takes the feed from the V6 and a Samsung DVD player. This then has a "one connect" cable to the back of the TV. All worked fine with the TIVO box in the past.
