On Demand not working

On Demand not working rebooted v6 box twice but still not available network checked and also working

What happens when you try to use it? Is an error code or message shown?

Sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your On Demand services mariah1.

 

Has this issues cleared up now? If not, please could you try to manually connect to your network, you can do this by following the instructions below

 

  • Press Home on the remote
  • Select Help & Settings
  • Choose Settings
  • Select Network
  • Choose one of the available options
  • Connect to the Virgin Media TV service now 

Hopefully this should clear the problem that you've been having, if it doesn't, please let us know and we can look into this further.
