On Demand not working

Dear Virgin Media Community

I seem to be having troubles playing stuff on demand despite paying them and paying the overdue to get the restrictions lifted which they have the channels I pay for from Movies, Kids & Entertainment are working but the on-demand for movies and such comes up saying the following

"The show is not currently available (V202) Please try again in a few minutes"

Can anyone help me with this, please

Sorry to hear of the issues that you've had DannyDawber.

 

I have been able to locate your account and check our service status page to see if there are any local issues, I can see that you have two boxes, are the issues happening on both of your boxes?

 

Have you tried to reboot your box and hub? This can sometimes clear the issues that you've been having.

Apologies on the late reply, yes this is affecting both boxes I've tried rebooting them both and the issue still happens
