I cannot access On Demand so cannot watch a movie through Sky Cinema or box sets. I just keep getting a 603 error. I’ve rebooted the V6 box. I’ve even unplugged it and plugged it back in. Also rebooted the hub. I’ve done all the service checks and diagnostics and everything says there are no issues. Any ideas?
Yes, apps like Netflix work fine. Also noticed when the box starts up, in the top left of the menu there is a “network availability (c133) some features are not available right now” message. But this disappears after about 10-15 seconds. And yes, it is a 4K tv, but not a well known brand like Samsung or LG.
I’ve already powered the box off and back on twice. I’ve rebooted using the restart option from the menu, and also removed the power completely. Ive got a 2nd V6 box in my bedroom that is connected to a regular HD tv and that one is giving me the same error. Think it may be a service issue from Virgin themselves.
