Numerous issues

Not impressed, called to review my package and got told I could upgrade for cheaper. Was promised V6 box - not sent, multiroom then stopped working. Second phone call later, multi room still not working. Then an engineer turned up out the blue (wasn't aware one was coming out) who stated nothing he could do about the multi room as they had cancelled it, not at my request or knowledge it was going to be. V6 turned up - no remote or adapter cable so cannot use!
