Not working

V6 box installed last week but no catch up or on demand service available (v273). Any suggestions please?

V6 gets those services by connection to the network via the Hub. So how is your V6 connected to the Hub - wifi or ethernet cable? Also if you go to Home>Help>Settings>Network>Connection - then what does it "report about the connection quality?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I have tried both at the moment is in Wireless mode via Google wifi

Connected (5G)

Signal 100%

Speed 585 mbps

Ports Fail

TCP Ports 80,8080,80,7287,7288,8081 Fail.

DNS Ok

TCP ports have been Added to Google wifi exemptions application.

You need a VM tech to look at this. Try calling it in (they are still picking up) whilst waiting for a VM person on here.

Spoke with VM and they were sending a V6 replacement box.

Virgin Hub is in a different location, so no, I have google WiFi mesh.
