My box broke last week and was told a new one would’ve set out ASAP. So far it’s been 7 days without any kind of confirmation or text from Yodel. Currently paying for a service I’ve not got access to.

TiVo box broke. Been waiting since 21st Jan for a new one to be delivered. No sign it’s coming as no message from yodel. Come on sort it out.
can’t sort online and can’t get through on the phone last couple of days. Previously I’ve called and spoken to three different people saying it’s on the way.
