I’ve been without tv for 10 days I’ve had 9 phone calls to virgin regarding this issue. On the first phone call I told you that I think the box has stop working but you tech guy told me it wasn’t and the following multiple tech guys have got it wrong aswell !! The last guy I spoke to sent me out a new box and apologised for the incompetence of his fellow workers my new box is now installed but is still not working it’s now coming up with error code s102 ?? Some help would really be appreciated
