Yes Internet is OK now but still missing tv channels
Since you managed to get your internet working again, have you tried searching for missing chanels?
Using your remote control
Help & Settings > Help > Virgin TV > go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK > Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list
This may take around 15/20 minutes to complete then you may need to reboot your V6.
