No tv box installation with the purchased package

Hello. I was ordering Broadband, tv, phone. The consultant on the phone assured me that he would get such a package, but I was very surprised when the installer came without a TV box. Of course, the consultant is blinking of responsibility, until now, from Tuesday (3.09) no one even called when the installer came, it appears on the Virgin account as installed. This is some kind of scandal, can I have a number for someone competent to take care of it? best regards 🙂

Hi 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone there is also a text message service 07533051809 you can leave your details and someone will get back to you, although I believe its not instant.Regards Micky
