Cables all secure checked multiple times boxes reset rebooted multiple times no kinks breaks or anything wrong with the cables or connections into the boxes... I suspect that iv either been disconnected from virgins side as my t.v is still stuck at 33% and my internet says access denied.

Engineer came out this morning checked all cables outside/internal which were all fine he checked for signal. The signal was coming to the house but from the splitter box there was no signal coming out so he replaced the splitter inside the white box attached to the wall and all was resolved after this.
