No tv and internet

I have no tv and internet.

V6 box stuck at 33% and wont connect

Hub3.0 stuck on flashing green and when i have checked the router it says internet access denied and home phone disabled. 

Asked a few neighbors up and down the street nothing wrong with there equipment. 

Been posting since yesterday and not 1 virgin media worker has botherd to reply

sorry for the slow response. It sounds like you have no signal getting to the products. can you check all the connections and ensure all cables are connected.

Cables all secure checked multiple times boxes reset rebooted multiple times no kinks breaks or anything wrong with the cables or connections into the boxes... I suspect that iv either been disconnected from virgins side as my t.v is still stuck at 33% and my internet says access denied.

Im not a new customer been with virgin well over 10 years

Hi all

Engineer came out this morning checked all cables outside/internal which were all fine he checked for signal. The signal was coming to the house but from the splitter box there was no signal coming out so he replaced the splitter inside the white box attached to the wall and all was resolved after this.
