No sound

I have no sound after pausing the TV,  I have followed all the guidance and rebooted several times , still no sound at all , I have checked cables , changed channels still nothing!

Hi @Mel10 

I've previously had an issue with my V6 not getting any sound. I had to unplug my V6, hub, soundbar from the mains, then remove all cabling from all devices connected to the hub, V6 and soundbar (eg firesticks etc) Oncde reconnected and switched on my sound returned.

Thanks , ended up with engineer who was great , call centre staff however that's another story 🤬
