Tried changing HDMI, tried resetting, any more tips? The box has already been relaced once recently, not happy if this going to keep happening
I had a problem with no sound on my V6 for a few days. I had made sure all my cables were finger tight but still no sound.
I decided to do a tidy up of all my cables (it was like spaghetti junction) I undid all connections on all my devices, set them all up again and Bingo sound was restored.
Really sorry you're having an issue with the sound on your box, this ins't good.
Can you confirm what box it is you have exactly?
Is sound working on the TV fine, so when not connected to the Virgin box?
