No sound intermittently on channels and recordings

I have recently had your broadband and tv package installed and have found there is a sound problem with the tv box. Sometimes after switching between tv channels, recordings, or apps the sound stops working. I have tried every button on the remote to clear this but generally the only solution is to turn of the tv box at the mains and restart it. The box is plugged straight into the tv with no soundbar. Sound is otherwise perfect. Please advise. Neal Smith

Hi Neal,

Using your remote to to HOME > Help & Settings > Settings > Audio > Dolby Digital > and click on Dolby Digital to PCM

Since making the changes I have had no more issues with sound.
