Hi @cliveswan

Error code 669 usually relates to On Demand problems, see screenshot below, which advises to check the current  /service-status

Also if nothing shows there  call the automated  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

Also using your V6 remote go to Home > Help & Settings > Help & Troubleshooting > On Demand

Are you watching via Box Sets & Movies? If so does this happens with other movies from there?

If it's just one movie which one is it?

Again if it's via On Demand, have you checked that  the V6 box is still connected to the internet?

Home - Help and Settings - Settings - Network - Connect to the Virgin Media service now.

When I've had messages like that I've found that powering the V6 off and on resolves the problem.
